Templates Tutorial Videos
If you are on dial-up, or if the sound and video
do not synch up, then you may wish to wait for the video to finish
downloading before attempting to watch it. The sound may start before
the picture, because the videos are so large. If this happens, just
wait for the picture to appear, and then rewind the video using the
slider, to start from the beginning. For additional troubleshooting,
please see the links at the bottom of this page.

If
you do not see the video on the page:
If
you don't see the video on the index.html page, then it most often
means your browser is not using Flash or you don't have Flash player
installed.
You
may download it for free at:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
If
you still can not view the video after installing Flash Player, please
make sure your system meets the Flash system requirements:

The
system requirements page also lists the supported browsers.
Additionally,
there is a detailed knowledgebase with help for troubleshooting almost
any Flash-related problem at:

I've
had a report that the videos don't work in "Yahoo web browser", and
this could be the case for some other browsers too. I'd suggest
installing either Internet Explorer, or Firefox, which are the most
popular browsers, and both of which are free.
IE:

Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
